“My husband and I had appointments at Dr. Brendels new office today. We have been seeing Dr. Brendel for years now, so we were more than happy to join as new patients at Brendel Eye Care in Medina. The two ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! The new office is so nice and fresh, with what looks to be new everything including all new eye care equipment (even the couches in the waiting room were so comfy). They have a good selection of glasses, and they were very accommodating with providing us options to try out new contacts before purchasing. It was very easy to check in and out, and to complete our new patient paperwork. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Brendel if you are looking for an eye doctor or thinking about making the switch to Brendel Eye Care!”

She had me fill out my paper work and helped me understand my billing. I believe the nurse's name was Carol. She made sure i was comfortable and spoke to me throughout the testing. “If I could I'd give this office 10 stars! Have been looking for a good kids dentist for ages and couldn't be more pleased with this place. Were quick to schedule and take us. Very minimal wait time to none in waiting room. Clean. Friendly staff. Doctors and assistant were very informative and friendly with me and kids. Kids love this place and no more tear works when going to the dentist. Not sure why so many negative reviews. As a mom of 5 small kids I couldn't recommend this place more!”
