“I was looking for a specific plywood to make shelving for a home renovation and emailed this shop with a question regarding the appearance of their hickory veneer sheets. I didn't want to drive 2.5 hours just to look at it. I emailed them with an inquiry and they responded swiftly the next time they were open with photos of a couple different sheets and an offer to set aside the specific sheets photographed if I liked them and wanted to make sure they were still there. They didn't end up fitting my project unfortunately, but that level of customer service is fantastic and it was far superior to other shops that couldn't get me any information about what the sheets would look like and I'd have to purchase sight-unseen. Next time I'm looking for specialty plywood this will be my first resource! They were so awesome I wanted to leave a review just to praise that interaction, because such help is becoming harder to find these days.”

Matt Shields, the Sales Representative, was very helpful and always available for any question, and offered many good ideas when we picked out our shower accessories. He was not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciated. Matt could not have been a better salesperson to work with. I cannot say enough good about the actual installation and the professionalism of the installers. The installers did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean. I was absolutely amazed at how clean the bathroom was left when they finished for the day and it was immaculate when the job was completed.The installers even put our bathroom rugs back where they were prior to the shower installation. “1st time I went was last week the photo person was awesome he was very helpful so would have given 5stars he was wonderful so helpful... But I need to go back this week...and I was able to get my things off the photo machine easier this time because of the guy who helped me last week awesome right....the lady who was working today was not very helpful almost rude .. I ordered 5 very small pictures and I could see there were only about 5 people ahead of me so it shouldn't be to long of a wait and the computer said 12:20 they would be ready so I waited and the lady says it's going to be awhile I'm like ok how long she didn't know.. I explained the time on the computer it said when to pick up .she said that's only suggested time I said ok how much longer?? She didn't know. Well come to find out my pictures were all done and sitting there. But she would rather keep telling me no...then a customer came in and received their pictures( this customer and I were talking while picking out what to print and she came after me so that why I asked about her)I said how do they get there pictures before me she said they only have small pictures thinking to myself I got the 2 smallest sizes what is going on ...it was like pulling teeth to asking this lady to check ..when she finally did she could only say oh sorry I can't remember everything I'm thinking she would rather argue with me than just check the pictures. Really.....”
