We recently experienced a situation where an estate had to be emptied. A friend referred us to Montrie Auction and Estate Service. Jade and everyone we dealt with were kind, flexible, fair and efficient. We would gladly do business with them again, and refer others in the same situation.

I’ve done business with Montrie Auction in several capacities. First - real estate. Jade came out and gave a very thorough analysis of a fair asking price. They analyzed the market in numerous ways to determine the market price. They advertised extensively, we had 11 showing in 7 days and the house sold in a week! Very pleased!!
Second - I have both bought and sold numerous items through the auction. We had a large estate auction on-site and I was very excited, and impressed by the big turn-out and the prices we got. Everything from the set-up, to the sale, to the clean- up afterwards, was perfect. They were VERY professional and every transaction has been positive! I would definitely recommend their service!

Jade and company are the best! Great variety of merchandise, very professional (and yet entertaining!) employees and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. I’d never work with anyone else!!
