Matt Shields, the Sales Representative, was very helpful and always available for any question, and offered many good ideas when we picked out our shower accessories. He was not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciated. Matt could not have been a better salesperson to work with. I cannot say enough good about the actual installation and the professionalism of the installers. The installers did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean. I was absolutely amazed at how clean the bathroom was left when they finished for the day and it was immaculate when the job was completed.The installers even put our bathroom rugs back where they were prior to the shower installation. Lori is always pleasant and helpful when I have called with questions about the new install. Honestly, I cannot say enough good about my first experience with Toledo New Bath.”

“Marc did a great job with my recent tour. The team at the entrance was very friendly yet I recognized their alertness as to monitoring who entered the building. Marc immediately came over and greeted me, was patient with my poor German but recognized the appropriate time to offer to switch to English. He suggested I get a beverage from the in-house barista before we start, despite the potential delay. He was obviously in no rush to get me in and out the door, but the appointment was all about me. The desks and office spaces are much the same as the other shared office spaces in the area. However, after the tour I left feeling like I'd be part of a community at WeWork. After my WeWork tour, I had an appointment with a competitor. Besides them showing up 15 minutes late, what struck me was that they started with pricing options. I immediately recognized that was not the case at WeWork. Pricing came last, after we'd built a rapport and Marc showed me all of the options and amenities. The other tour felt like a traditional business transaction and less like a business relationship. Thank you Marc and Team!”

“Got A flat tire on expressway . Got off of first exit which was Lagrange St and saw the Auto Tech Collision sign. Pulled in their parking lot and talked to Ron. He immediately said he would help me. He sent out guy named Dustin who changed my tire in less then 10 mins Both were so very nice and helpful. Of course they said “ no charge”. Definitely will go back if I need any work done on my car. Grateful for nice people”

“I think this is the second time I have bought a washer/dyer from them. The last units lasted 7 years and they were used. Sale person was wonderful. Showed us options that would work for us, and gave us a great deal on delivery and take away. The washer/dyer we picked was a amazing deal, and works great!. The Delivery guys were also wonderful, they hooked everything up for us, and took away are old ones. They were on time, and very nice to my husband who was home, but due to an injury could not go downstairs with them. I will be using them again in the future.”
