“This is a mobile home community, its very quiet for the most part, there are some neighbors that like to listen to their music loudly but not all the time and not excessively loud, the trailors are in need of some work and paint but nothing major, I feel that this is a good place to live especially for folks on a tight budget, the owner, property manager and maintenance are all wonderful people. The only real issue is with noticing the location, it is hard to see and many people often miss it due to lack of signage.”

“They did such a great job!!! After our normal go-to handyman flaked on us way too many times we started looking for someone else. Glenn came out 24 hours after I called him to quote the job. Immediately we could tell he was knowledgeable about what we needed done. He was able to fit us into the schedule within a week and I was over the moon with excitement. Chris and Charles came out and they did a FABULOUS job. They explained everything, were flexible, accommodating, friendly and self-sufficient. I've never had such a pleasant home improvement project. The work was A+++ quality and I'm so glad we got it done!! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We had a rage hood (with tile work) and a storm door with a build-out done. Thank you so much!!!!”
