“I loved this park, it connects to a nearby park which makes for a vast spacious experience when going along these paved paths. Its 25 degrees and I've still seen at least 30 different people and dogs among the earth here There's room for everyone and its a must see if you like tranquil places. Fossil Park

Address: 5705 Centennial Rd, Sylvania, OH 43560, USA

Park

“Great experience for younger fossil hunters. I actually hunted for fossils at the quarry around 40 years ago here. It is vastly different now. The area has large piles of rock/gravel in areas that lend themselves to finding small fossils. Along the edges of the area are larger rock that can be split to find fossils also. I would suggest bring a small hammer and chisel even though they say it is not needed.”
