“My mother stayed here while recuperating from back surgery. She did really well and had a short stay. She was impressed with the friendliness and caring of the staff. She commented often on how well the staff look after the patients and how much they care. She also said they make an effort to include patients in daily activities and break up the boredom. I visited nearly daily and was always made to feel welcome. We feel really good about the time Mom spent here. Kudos to the staff!”

“Typically we have a good experience at this location. On February 14th, 2023, my husband and I stopped in to pick up an Rx and some items needed for my husband's upcoming surgery. The young man at the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. I did call back and talk to someone in the pharmacy about our treatment, but she must not have been a manager because she just listened with no additional advice or comments. Since things have been hectic with surgery, etc., I am calling the corporate office today. I wish I would have done so immediately. Normally, the staff is polite and professional. We are considering a new pharmacy. Not sure why this kind of service is acceptable, but to me, it is not proper business.”

“Strait Karate is tough and patient with my children. We love our karate instructors. They have a very clean and orderly dojo. Which is important to me. I am glad that I finally have found a place that actually makes my kids work for their achievements instead of handing out participation trophies. “For the second time, I had to call 911. Rochester Volunteer Fire Department and Southern Lorain County Ambulance District came to the house, assessed the situation, and completed a transport. I cannot thank these two entities enough!! When someone calls 911 it is a high stress situation, and emotions are at peak level. Rochester Fire Department and Southern Lorain Ambulance were the model examples of calmness . I hope that no person reading this ever has to dial 911. However, if you do, I hope your personnel is as outstanding as Rochester Fire Dept., and Southern Lorain Ambulance.”
