“Managers are very active and always ready to help fix anything that needs fixing. Quiet and plenty of children for mine to play with too. Affordable & for the most part up-to-date on the inside. Rooms are spacious! The school the kids go to k-8 is Northwood. Also, good school. Highway is close & most fast food is close as well. My children and I are comfortable here & feel safe. My water, electric, & gas are much cheaper here. Haven’t paid more than $70 for water. We have 4 of us here. Clean when I moved in & management offered to help me move things in. Very nice people. New fences in everyone’s yard now. I felt very welcomed here when me and the children moved in.”
