“One of the most experienced yoga teachers I have met. She is a direct student of Yogi Amrit Desai, a pioneer and profound master of yoga. She knows the postures and their significance very well and trains other yoga teachers. She also teaches regular students. Her sessions always start with a relaxing and enlightening discussion, followed by yoga. She pays individual attention to the students and asks if anyone prefers postures to focus on a particular region of their body (shoulders, back, etc...). I always leave the sessions lighter and peaceful.”

Following the directions step by step is highly recommended as well as watching the assembly video as the written directions are somewhat vague, but make total sense after watching video.
