I can’t rave about Jordan enough. She was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The units here do no have drive up garage style storage, but there is a loading dock and carts available for easy transport to your unit. They also have everything you need for moving/storage locks in their lobby area. Super secure building with lots of cameras and gates. If you’re needing to store things in the Copley area I highly recommend them (and Jordan!!! Thank you girl!!)

I stopped in over the weekend to see how big the units were and the manager was very helpful. I wasn't sure what size unit I needed and she took her time showing me units. I'll be calling back once I get closer to my moving date.

Gena and Jordon have been the best to work with and helped tremendously with my storage needs. They both are very supportive and pleasant to work with.

I visited to pick up a U-Haul trailer. The U-Haul app kept crashing so I stopped inside to complete my transaction. I was greeted by Jordan who quickly finished with the customer ahead of me, then took care of me. She handled everything with a great combination of efficiency, attention, and polite professionalism. She hooked up my trailer, checked everything out, and had me on my way. I forgot the pin to my hitch, and instead of trying to sell me an entire hitch, she and Gina told me the Napa nearby had just the part I needed. When I dropped off the trailer, again Gina and Jordan handled everything—from detaching the trailer to double correcting a billing error—excellently. I definitely recommend them and I’ll do business with them again. Storage King, do whatever you need to do to retain these excellent employees.

I truly believe I would have lost my right leg if he had not found a 100% blocked main artery. Dr Droubi is.just plain awesome.
