“When Buddy our dog ate some mouse poison I contacted the 1-800 number on the manufacturers packaging. The directions that they gave me to treat the issue were horrible and would have likely lead to Buddy's death. I immediately contacted the Animal Hospital of Pataskala and spoke to Mindy. Her knowledgeable care and quick response helped me to properly assess and respond to the issue. Her further support in putting me in touch with the proper animal poison control channels were above and beyond. There is little doubt in my mind that our family owes Buddy's health to Mindy's quick and selfless help. It is clear that the staff understands the bond between pets and their human families and responds with care that reflects that.
