They took us to a wonderful hotel then took it to their shop and looked at it next day. They were able to tell us our car had a catastrophic engine failure then worked with us and a new dealership. “I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!”

“I was pleased by the service at E-Check. I only had to wait for one car ahead of me. The service man was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained what paperwork he needed, and he asked several questions He had me get out of the car to check the electrical plug in for the car. He had me get back in the car and pull forward and turn off the car and open the gas tank cover to test the pressure of the gas tank. He took the equipment out of the tank and printed out the result of the testing. He gave me the printout and told me my car had passed inspection.”

“I had a nail in my tire and came in for a plug. They found two nails and a gash that was close to popping if I were to hit a decent pot hole. They walked me to the side of the shop to show me. Then, the owner called about four places to try and find the best deal on a new tire for me. Mike was unbelievably kind, and focused on the safety of my two kids and expecting self over the dollar. The first quote he got was $350 and said absolutely not and called others. I ended up with great value, excellent service, and a new place I will refer and return to. Plus, Tonia at the front desk was fantastic while I waited! Absolutely will return.”
