From the start I felt as if I was putting things into my grandmas or moms garage they are so friendly and welcoming it’s fantastic them to top it off they are extremely fast to fix an issue and the professionalism is by far above five stars if you want a storage that you feel safe to kee your belongings this is the one I will never bother trying to work with anybody but AAA Storage

I have had to use Storage facilities a hand full of times in my life. AAA Storage South, BY FAR, exceeds expectations! Management was always available, very helpful and worked with me for my needs. This time I was dealing with my parent's "estate" with a family divided. The manager made the experience so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a very difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a complicated storage situation (sharing my unit with other college students), and ended up having to call the facility several times. The number provided put me in touch with Gretchen, who was very helpful. She was always quick to respond to calls/texts/emails, and even went out of her way to help a college student without a car. She was clear about explaining official procedures to replace keys and move out of the unit, and seemed committed to make the process easier. I can't speak to past management, but the current customer service was top notch! As for the storage itself, I put my stuff in a unit and took it out again after a year -- I'd say that's a working storage facility.
