“I LOVE Step Into Fitness. If you're looking for a positive, encouraging atmosphere, wanting to challenge yourself in new areas ,get great and planned out workouts then THIS is your place. Ive tried gyms and other places before but was always worried that I wasn't pushing myself enough, working out all of my body or even getting my moneys worth. After a classes here I feel that I've really worked out, and I see lasting results because of it. Lorraine has been a great friend of mine and I always feel comfortable asking questions. The class seems to go by fast as there's a variety of exercises you do and stretching after. I feel confident here. Step Into Fitness really is a gem in this city!”

“Wonderful staff and very flexible appointments! I had some appointments with Rachel for physical therapy. She was super nice and the therapy was helping. I had to miss an appointment with only an hour or less notice because of a death in the family. There was no charge for canceling and Rachel was really nice about the whole thing. Then I found out I was pregnant and could not do the specific physical therapy we were working on. She was very accommodating even though I was accidentally flaky a bit. I'm going to start back up after I give birth, can't wait!”
