“Service Dept. review: I have a 2020 Gladiator, purchased new from Mathews. Tried to start it a couple days ago - dead! Jumped it, it started, I let it run for several minutes, shut it off, tried to start it again - dead! I called Mathews service department, told them what was going on, he said "it's the battery". He could have taken advantage of my ... uh hem, lets call it lack of automotive knowledge, scheduled me for service, charged me a lot! He didn't, and for that I am very appreciative! I do have enough knowledge to remove the battery, and reinstall a new one, which I did and viola'! problem solved! Thanks for not taking advantage of me! This is why I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Mathews!”

“Super quick and easy sales process, very reasonable price, no high pressure sales tactics. None of the usual places I check in the Columbus area had what I was looking for, so I branched out a bit farther. Cody was very nice and helpful with getting me set up on 3 test rides on my visit. Had to think it over, got his card, called later that day to buy one of the bikes I rode. Went back a day or two later to pick it up. I probably wasn't in the shop more than 20-30 minutes for the entire process. On top of that the price was rounded down quite significantly to the nearest thousand.”

“Great customer service, very reasonable price and work was done in a timely manner!! We needed a fuel line replaced on our truck and needed it done as soon as possible. I called and talked with Jim told him what we needed and we needed done as soon as possible. He told me to get it to them and they would get it done by the next day. The next day we called them because we hadn’t heard from them yet! Not only did they have it done the same day (which I or them wrote my phone number down wrong) and tried calling us. The cost for the repair and an oil change was very low compared to what we thought it was going to be. Also, Jim took the time to look at our extended warranty on our other vehicle to see if they could take care of any issues we have with it. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! “Wonderful staff and very flexible appointments! I had some appointments with Rachel for physical therapy. She was super nice and the therapy was helping. I had to miss an appointment with only an hour or less notice because of a death in the family. There was no charge for canceling and Rachel was really nice about the whole thing. Then I found out I was pregnant and could not do the specific physical therapy we were working on. She was very accommodating even though I was accidentally flaky a bit. I'm going to start back up after I give birth, can't wait!”
