“I have an interview today, and I made a haircut appointment at a local salon for yesterday. I left that salon with the worst haircut I've ever had in my life, and was in full panic mode when I got home. I called Faded after hours for an emergency haircut this morning. He doesn't know me at all, we have never met. He called me right back after hours, but his schedule was full for today. What did he do? He showed up early today and fixed me up before the shop even opened. I went from feeling like a ****head and embarrassed to go to my interview to feeling like a million bucks.
