“My acquaintance had a very nice double wide trailer that did feel more like a home than most trailers I have visited. She had a garage as well. She always went all out decorating for Christmas. She had plenty of room to have friends over. The mobile home park is still relatively new, and looks like it, almost pristine.”

“I live here. And it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I like being outside Findlay city limits but close enough to drive 2 min down the road to Walmart and all the restaurants. It’s affordable here and little to no crime. Very nice place to call home.”

“Great location and extremely friendly staff. Room was a bit dated and could use some updates but very clean and well maintained. Had a slight musty smell but it was tolerable. Breakfast was well stocked and attended to. One of the cleanest Choice properties I've stayed in.”

“This barely fell short of 5 stars.. I often think the money the these places bring in could def always have more money put back into them. Bathrooms were decent. Having laundry is a big plus. Seems like most long term campers take up all the good spots which is disappointing. That being said I would try it again when it’s warmer out to check out all the amenities, seems like lots to do when the weather is better! Has potential to be really fun here!”

I found their owner to be very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about valuation. I’m only visiting, but his selection was fantastic and I left with several more bottles than I planned on…and I’m happy I did. They have a great business model and enthusiastic staff.
