My journey through Swaim Park commenced along a paved walkway that meandered through its verdant expanse. The trail offered two distinct branches, one of which led me alongside two picturesque ponds that graced the landscape. As I strolled along, the serene waters mirrored the canopy of trees above, creating a harmonious fusion of natural beauty. My gaze was drawn to a charming gazebo perched by the water's edge, promising a sublime vantage point to soak in the idyllic scenery. Regrettably, it was already occupied, a testament to the park's popularity. During my visit, I noticed that the park was relatively tranquil, with only a scattering of fellow park-goers sharing in the peaceful ambiance. However, a lively group of teenagers, or perhaps college students, were engaged in spirited basketball games on the park's court, injecting youthful energy into the serene surroundings. However, that decision has had a life-changing, positive impact on my life and health. Justin gave me a thorough orientation as to the proper use of the equipment. Parmjit’s chair yoga classes have helped me relax, learn to breathe more deeply, and gain strength and balance. My latest venture has really surprised me. When l first joined Julie’s DanceFit class, l had to hold on to the wall or barre for balance. I struggled to pivot, kick, and move without stumbling. I struggled to catch my breath. But, three months later, my balance, strength, and agility (along with my breathing) are vastly improved. I heartily recommend the TriHealth Fitness Pavilion to any of my older contemporaries.”

“It was my husband and I first time eating here. We walked in the hostess did not look up and said how can I help you and do you have reservations. Hello we are here to eat and a simple how are you and dining for 2 would have been enough. Our waitress on the other hand was great. She told us what soup they had for the day and checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was amazing.”
