My experience with this company has been nothing but excellent. I work as a Community Association Manager with Towne Properties. I was having an issue with a timely response from Protegis on one of the units that had an issue with their fire suppression system. Koorsen came to our office giving us a presentation of what it is they offer. I asked Jesse Loutt and Michael Dreher to reach out to this owner and expedite these repairs. Within the next hour the owner called notifying me that the repair was scheduled and that the man that contacted her was very professional and had great customer service. Since then I have used them for all fire suppression maintenance, including after hours emergencies, and highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

Completely professional and always available, Koorsen is one of the gold standards for how a company should do business. Working as a buffer between homeowners and contractors in my position, I know that Michael is always there for me when my communities need him, no matter how small or how big.
