I simply cannot say enough positive things about English Rose Designs, LTD and Rosemary. She turned my minimal directions into a breathtaking display of bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. She is truly an artist. She was extremely easy to work with, was professional and communicative, and her work was just beautiful. Highly, highly recommend!
