“I started with Nico at Fitness Physiques about 3 years ago. First only once a week for Group Pilates. Then I added a weekly hour of private instruction for personal attention to my particular balance, strength and cardio needs. Then for fun, about a year ago I started dropping in (when my work schedule permits) for a group Bodhi Suspension circuit class which pushes me to my limits. This past year, Nico added a four-person class for cycling and Core Align balance and strength class which I do once a week. I have a blast in each session thanks to Nico's positive and attentive way of working. I feel the benefits in all I do the rest of the day and week. “What a jewel in the Blue Ash district! The entire staff put out a wonderful product. This establishment does up Cincinnati style chili the way it should be done. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The portions seem to hedge on the large size, and the prices are very reasonable. All I can add is two thumbs up in a big way Blue Ash Chili.”

“Chris was very helpful & professional when it came to getting my tires replaced. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. In fact, he saved me some money by deciding not to do a service I was planning on because it would have been a waste of money without having additional repairs done that he knew I wasn't able to afford at the time. I also really liked the fact that I could get a service quote for tires online and that I was also able to communicate with staff about the work needed via email. It made it much less stressful than only being able to ask questions over the phone during business hours. I was able to communicate with the person doing the work directly much easier that way vs. calling the shop and having to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. Very smart business move, I think. Out of all the auto repair shops i looked into, Donovan's was the only one that seemed to be up to date in the digital age of communication & technology. Alot of shops didn't even have websites or they only had a FB page that wasn't even kept up to date nor did it provide any helpful info. Majority (besides chain stores) were only accessible via telephone and that was only if the line wasn't busy or they didn't just take your number and say they'd call back & then they never would. Plus, a couple of weeks after getting my tires replaced, I came out one day to find one flat. I called and they said to just bring it in. I dropped it off for a couple hours and they fixed it for me. No charge. I will definitely be returning to Donovan's on Kenwood Rd. for all of my additional service repairs in the future.”

“INCREDIBLE BAGELS!! I bought a dozen (baker’s ☺️). Put them in my freezer and I look forward to having one DAILY. The plain bagels I got were wonderfully imperfect, (I actually like them a little dark) and they have the perfect crunch when toasted AND a wonderful slightly salty taste on the outside and oh my god I just ran out...
