Mitch came right away and put in copper pipe and an exterior faucet to fix a leak. He went to the store to get the copper pipe that he needed that afternoon. He was even willing to replace a 2nd faucet when I thought of asking upon his return. I went to the store to get the 2nd faucet but returned late because store clerk could not find the part. Mitch was waiting for me but was very patient and kind about that!

Service was great. Fast, in time and professional. Only issue is that is way too expensive. $$$$$$

Jerry was my service tech. He was not only professional, he worked until the problem was completely resolved. Our bath tub was stopped up. Jerry went the extra mile to clear the stoppage. The clog was bad. He went through several steps and did not stop until the leak was resolved. After the clog was resolved, he even completely sanitized and cleaned out the tub without being asked. I highly recommend Jerry! Outstanding service and person!

We are very happy. Obviously you do not call Roto-Rooter because things are fine. In our case they were far from fine. The weekend service "same price" and the technicians drive to make sure the problem was resolved. He was very complete and doing the hard work and not just the easy solution. He took time and got it right. Really appreciate the effort of the full team from the scheduling to the dispatch to the technician. Great team, great work! Will call first if needed again.
