When was the last time your gutters were cleaned, one of the copper-downspouts is exploding because it is SO PACKED WITH LEAVES-- by the ramp, facing US Bank drive thru. I used to clean these for Russ Miller, I guess no one keeps up know. Bean-counters stopped him from hiring me-- "too expensive".
