It was the weekend before school began (I’m a teacher) and a holiday weekend as well, so I was panicking about being without a vehicle. Damian took excellent care of me and got me into a courtesy vehicle the day after I dropped my car off for repairs, and my car was fixed and ready for me the first day after the holiday. “From the first inquiry on a used Jeep Gladiator that my husband came across one at Germain Ford, he knew it was the perfect vehicle for him, and definitely the right dealership to deal with. It was about a three hour drive for us, and Troy went above and beyond by going out and looking everything that we had questions about on the jeep. He was very honest, very professional. When we arrived in Beavercreek, and pulled into the dealership lot, we were greeted by Sarah, she is amazing. She grabbed the keys and said take it on a test drive to lunch! We came back and signed the paperwork that was all ready. We had everything worked out prior with the trade of our Ram and did the financing with them. Travis was the finance manager, he came out and talked before we went back to finish the last part. It definitely didn’t feel like we had just met these people! If I lived there, these are the type of people I want to work there. But needless to say, we would make the trip back if we were looking for another vehicle! “Best buying experience I’ve ever had! We were shopping for a fifth wheel trailer with multiple slides as we had to temporarily move out of our house for health reasons. Our sales representative at SVG, Shane, was kind and compassionate and if we had questions, was quick to find answers. After we purchased the trailer, SVG’s service department went over it with a fine toothed comb to make sure everything was sealed and functioning. Josh, the lead technician was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs concerning the trailer. Unbelievably, Josh delivered the trailer free of charge to our home, AND set it up for us. During the first weeks, we had a couple of small glitches and questions, and he came back out on his own time two or three times to fix small things and install a few components that he had on order for the trailer. None of this was charged. The trailer itself is wonderful and just what we needed. We felt super taken care of by the staff at SVG who were not only professional, but kind as well, going well above and beyond what most auto/rv dealers would do. Highly recommend! Five stars!”

“We contracted them for a complete remodel of our bathroom. Remove the old garden tub relocated the shower and made the shower a big walk in. New flooring new fixtures and it looks outstanding. Their tile contractor in particular did an excellent job. Rus was very diligent and had great communication throughout the process. We are extremely happy with BRV Remodeling and will use them again in the future when the time comes to do our kitchen.”
