“I started working with Paul after my father found significant improvements with is back problems. My dad noticed my flexibility was not typical for an 18 year old girl and made me start stretching. Little did I know, the stretching and strengthening work would reduce the amount of back pain I had significantly. I was having spasms in my back daily that have since subsided after working with Paul and I could not be more grateful. My quality of life has improved significantly and I could not recommend seeing Paul more. He has supported me on my journey of creating a healthy lifestyle as well which has been incredibly helpful.
