Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at the Whitehall location were great, very friendly, very accommodating but the condition of the vehicle was just ok. It was a nice vehicle but there was a dent in one of the doors and the vehicle didn’t look like it had been washed. One of the young ladies did take it to the back and washed it for me. But that should have been taken care of before my rental.

Also any damage should be a part of the vehicle history and annotated on any forms given to the customer but that was not the case. Again staff was great, car was not.

I have been a long time customer @ Enterprise, had an issue with a previous rental reservation & no worries the manager @ the location resolved the matter & made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution as a long time customer.

After no success of getting a rental car from the Enterprise located at the airport with a reservation. I happen to be passing by the Whitehall location at the end of their closing time. Not only was everyone super nice to help me, they had me in a rental and out the door in less than 20 minutes with no reservation. I rent from Enterprise very often and this location is by far the most awesome one I’ve encountered!! Needless to say, even though there is a Enterprise 5 minutes from my home, I will have no problem driving and extra 10 minutes to the Whitehall location. Even upon my return of the rental and the total amount was wrong the were quick to fix it.
