My husband called and said he'd be late because he had a flat tire. When he got home he said the police stopped to help him. I was surprised but then he said, "Not the *** police, THE OTTERBEIN POLICE!" Oh! Now THAT made sense. Anyway, one of the parts had rusted and he was having difficulty getting the spare off but one of the officers got the tire off and then helped him change the tire. It was dark and would've taken him much longer.
