“8:30pm In a last ditch effort my friend and I set out on our quest to patch a tear in his carpet. Mind you this was 1 day before he had to be out of his apartment due to lease being up. The associates in flooring (I believe Amy and Randy) were 100% on top of their game. They Helped us get exactly what we needed extremely fast and at a great price. On the way out we asked Holly where the hammers were and without blinking an eye she sent us to isle 12. Finally we were greeted with a big smile and an amazing cashier at isle 1. GREAT EXPERIENCE”

David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we made our decision. My husband and I came in not really sure of what we wanted and he helped us figure out the perfect mattress for us and our needs. He was always there if we needed anything but also gave us space to make our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He was very understanding of our budget as well which we greatly appreciated! “I called Ohio Surface Restoration for a quote to refinish my stained bath tub. They responded promptly and were able to give me a rough quote after a few simple questions and a couple pictures. I scheduled an appointment for between 7-7:30am the following week. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and left a message with Diane. I received a call back shortly after and they confirmed everything. Diane arrived on time the day of my appointment. She was very friendly and courteous and was able to befriend our normally very protective dog. I was so grateful. I usually end up having to hold him everytime we have a service person in as he gets so worked up. After showing her the bathroom with our tub, she quickly got to work and stated she might actually be able to clean the stains away saving me the time and money of doing an entire resurfacing. After scrubbing for a couple minutes she asked me to come look. I was astonished that she had actually gotten the stains out! It’s like new! I’m so pleased! Diane, thank you so much for the wonderful job with the tub and being so kind to me and my dog. I really appreciate it! I’d refer Ohio Surface Restoration to anyone.”
