Pam, his receptionist at the time saved me from having a complete breakdown over the phone, after being treated horribly by another psychiatrist and calling to ask if he would see me. I have always felt I am always listened to by Dr. Minter. He truly listens and knows the questions to ask as well. He has kept me out of the hospital all of these years. He always lets me share how I am feeling and lets me have a say in how I am treated. After all these years he knows when I need to increase or decrease a dose, just by a few symptoms and the time of year. I am one who definitely reacts to SADD. My mom had a stroke 2 months before my due date and I now care for her at home, and he was very thoughtful in allowing me to plan an induction so I could make sure someone was home with my mom and my other two kids while I was in the hospital. I had a terrible experience with my last OBGYN, but Dr Trout is definitely a keeper. Highly recommended.”
