She loves the environment and I love how clean it is. If the weather is cruddy, there’s a fantastic indoor imagination area for the kids. The lunches provided are a nice variety. “Building a new home is as exciting as it is stressful. My husband and I built our home through Preferred Living in 2018 and their level of customer service exceeded our expectations. The best part is, they continue to be a partner to us—even though our home was completed months ago. The entire Preferred Living staff is 100% dedicated to serving the needs of their clients. From the sales office (especially Loni Long & Stephanie Florian) to the site project manager (Dave Ottavi) and all the way up to the executive staff, every area of Preferred Living came together to work as a team during our home construction project at the Bungalows at Mayfair. The team went above and beyond to ensure our home was built on time and on budget. No matter what concern, question or request to remedy we brought to their attention, Preferred Living was respectful of our preferences. For instance, there was an issue with the design of our driveway so Loni and team worked for several weeks to reposition our home on our lot to ensure we were happy with the configuration. This was no small effort--it meant flipping the house to a different layout and clearing out an entire section of the road in front of our home. This is just one of many instances where Preferred Living went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Similar to the experience of a previous reviewer, some of our fixtures weren’t up to our standards (or were broken) upon inspection and after we moved in, but a simple request to have these items fixed/replaced was all it took to rectify the issues we encountered.”
