Grafton Park

Grafton Park has been our home for 3 years now, and we plan on living here for even longer. Our family and dog love our spaces, both inside and out, and the staff makes living here a wonderful experience. The unit itself has spacious living areas, large bathrooms, and kitchen that allow us to cook all the meals we want. We truly recommend Grafton Park as the best community in Northwest Columbus and beyond!

We have lived here for 4 years and love it. The staff is friendly, the apartment itself has so much space. I love walking around the pond in the middle of the complex.

This is a great place to live! My husband and I moved to Ohio over the summer and they were super helpful in getting everything situated for us from another state. They’re extremely personable and maintenance always comes in timely manner. If you have dogs this is especially a great place to live because of the sidewalks! Highly recommend- we’re very happy here. Oh and such a nice kitchen for an apartment! :)

I love living in Grafton Park. There are great amenities, the staff is wonderful, maintenance completes requests in a timely manner. I'm glad that I was able to move in, and they were extremely flexible with my move-in dates as there was a mix up with my previous lease end date on my end. The location is pretty close to Bridge Park businesses and there's so much on Sawmill Rd that I have easy access to.
