“Columbus airport on the Southwest Gate is pretty clean. Restrooms are maintained as well. Arriving here at 6:30pm took me about 45 minutes to get through TSA. They have a new X Ray Machine that do not require us to take out any laptops or computers from our luggage. So it took a little longer to get through. Once in the Gateway, restaurants were calling last call and some of the kitchens were closed. Donatos had to close their kitchen because someone called in. My flight was delayed so I had to get on another flight to try and get home. Overall, airport is pretty easy to get in and get out. If your renting a vehicle, you get on a van that takes you to rent center and vice versa. The attendants there are working hard to get you on a vehicle. Good luck on your next flight.”

“Due to our new normal, I arrived 90-minutes before my flight when I could have arrived 45-minutes before and been okay. Airport traffic was nonexistent and terminal was quiet and it's late morning during a week day. Plenty of seating with plugs for electronics (my airport removed their plugs). Only downside: no shops are open due to new COVID measures, so if you want food or water, eat before you arrive, bring something, or grab a bite to eat at their small food court. I travel with an empty water bottle and snacks that often include fruit.”

“Very clean, modern terminal with friendly staff. Ramp ops were efficient as well, upon landing a truck with a "Follow Me" sign will lead you to your parking spot. Has a nice outdoor picnic area.”
