The body work was excellent, and the paint work was a perfect match. Karen at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they were hard to get ahold of a times due to being short staffed, but that is a sign of the times.”

“Took a drive down to visit a friend in Columbus from Cleveland. My car started to make increasingly weird noises on the way there to the point where I didn’t feel safe driving it, but I was supposed to leave to go back home the next day. The next morning I called, this service was able to take in my car right away, find the problem (tensioner pulley broke and the belt fell off— could have caused some bad engine damage), and fixed it up for a fair price so I was ready to leave that same night as I originally planned. The lady working at the front was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong to me even though I don’t know much about cars. If I lived in Columbus I would definitely come back here again!”

“This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasn't plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Here's the kicker: they didn't even charge me. The employee working (I didn't get his name), said he couldn't charge me in good conscience. I will be coming back, I won't be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.”
