“I love how my van repairs turned out in the end. However my van was in the service department for repairs for over five weeks. Yet the body shop was expeditious with the final body repairs. Frendy and Stephanie are two individuals I spoke with who were extremely helpful. I just wish there was better communication with the service department side like I had with the body shop. All in all my van is back up and running like a charm and am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would just like to change some parts of the process and communication.”
