“Workouts at OTF are easy to follow, instructions/demonstrations are given, and workouts are always a challenge. I do NOT care for the newly established repeat on workouts, as I really enjoy/ed was the fact that EVERY day was something different and unique. Likewise, I appreciate that, due to my disability, I am able to work at my own pace and the coaches are diligent in helping me succeed in a way that fits my needs. OTF has not only effected my physical well-being but my emotional well-being and my self-image and self-esteem has improved ten-fold.”
