“Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great”

“FINALLY back!!! We are return customers, but it's been too many years since out last Puronics ("General Ionics") system. We sold our house with the original system in it, then went through 3 other big brand sub-par systems in our next place to "save" money. Now that we are in our forever house, we knew we had to go back to Puronics. Purchasing was easy because we already knew exactly what we wanted. Installation was simple. “We contracted Budget Pro to remodel our front wooden porch. Richard Finton was the Owner and forman for the job. He quoted us a great price and had the porch finished in just one day. The 3 man crew were very nice. I would give them 5 stars but realized one of the wooden deck boards came up and wasnt screwed down to the frame. We called Richard and he told us they would be out the next day to fix the board. Richard never showed up or called to let us know when he will return.”

“I bought a car from a dealership and it had a small chip in the windshield. They arranged for Auto Glass Fitters to come and replace the windshield on the dealers dime, so I can not speak on price of the windshield. They called on a Monday afternoon and were able to come to my home on Thursday to install. They called around 9am to give me a 1 hour window for same day. A gentleman named Jim did the install and was very polite and took pride in his work. It went pretty quickly and he gave me instructions to follow for the next 24 hours and was on his way. I'm very satisfied with the final result.”
