Trucker checkin procedure:
Pull up to dock door 20 and check in there for instructions. They will assign you a door.
Back into your assigned door but don't open your trailer until the tell you to.
They will come out to tell you when you're loaded amd should instruct you to to go back to door 20 for your paperwork and seal.
Usually they will come out to you but if not the office is right there.
