I never wore a kilt before, but the Higgins team was ready & willing to guide me (via email) with taking the proper measurements.

Great people that work here, everyone is so helpful and nice. But if you need a kilt, etc. theirs are gorgeous!!! So beautiful, with huge amount of tartans to choose from and extraordinarily well crafted. Go visit and see everything they do!

Higgins is the best location I've ever found to purchase all things Highland and bagpipe related. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable oh, I would recommend anyone involved in the Highland Arts at all or someone who's simply looking to purchase a kilt there source of supply should be Higgins.

Paul, help me figure out what and how much I needed. Very good price! By the time he had miticulasly unloaded the gravel I had very little spreading do.
