“My Dodge Ram 3500 truck began lugging as I pulled my 5th wheel camper up hills south of Columbus on late Friday afternoon. I pulled off at Lancaster and found a campground. I began calling around looking for a good diesel shop. I found Fleetmasters LLC at 3:45pm. Doug answered the phone and asked me questions about my problem and then told me to come right over! The mechanic read the codes and figured out what needed to be done to fix my problem. I made an appointment for the following Wednesday for a full diagnostic service if the problem persisted. The problem was fixed and we were back on the road. This is a great shop and I highly recommend them. Thanks Doug, Cody, Jessica and Brian.”
