“I'm almost at a loss for words for how grateful I am that pipeworks was able to help me out in my time of need. I ran into a issue with my drain lines at the beginning of the year causing any use of water to back up into my bathtub making me unable to use any water in the house other than drinking water. I have three children with one of them being less than two weeks old at the time of service. I explained my situation to Jessica over the phone and she had two techs at my house within hours to resolve the issue. When the techs arrived, they were very efficient and professional in resolving the issue within about an hour. They even cleaned up all messes from the process! They helped me out of a big problem for my family at home and couldn't be happier with the results. The price for the work performed was also very reasonable as well. “Visiting great grandma from NYC and of course service lights came on. Not wanting to risk driving back with the lights on and a known recall. I am soooo glad I called Buckeye Honda. They were able to get us in diagnose the issue and EVEN had the part in stock!! Fixed the recall and the issue within about an hour. Lindsey and the entire crew was so kind, professional and efficient! I would not hesitate to bring our car here again! Also they have a wonderful play area and everything is super clean and spacious. Only negative is my toddler was super bummed since I had promised him a shuttle ride but turns out we didn't need it since our service appointment was a lot shorter than I anticipated!
