Very clean location friendly atmosphere and very nice manager and Staff. Mel helped me set up my new phone and got me a tablet. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I came into the store with an account related issues and Mel, the store manager was able to resolve my needs without hesitation, she was very attentive and was very understandable of my situation. Also this store is the most clean metro location I’ve ever been to, the manager definitely keeps her store in good shape and deserves a raise!

I was sent here from another location and was told this was corporate, when I arrived I was upset because I thought I was getting the run around. I spoke with the store manager Mel about an issue with my account. Mel didn’t make me feel like I was in the wrong place, Mel went into my account and helped me with my issues and didn’t send me somewhere else. I walked in upset and now I will only visit this location. All the employees greeted me upon my arrival. I will save time and only come to this location from now on. Thank you Mel!
