Bill Paolella was my salesman and took care of everything I needed to trade in my old vehicle and purchase a new Truck. I was having problems getting my credit together and had a high interest in my first vehicle. I took his advice and came in from under 600 credit score to a 750 what that did for me was gave me a lower interest and I was able to buy my first brand new vehicle in my life. I'm so grateful to have a salesman I could call my friend. very informative and real. I came to get an oil change for my 2016 Chevy Trax. I was greeted warmly by the service advisor, Sean Holmes. Also, my check engine light was on. After a reasonable wait for the oil change and an analysis, Sean returned to let me know that my car was ready to go, but that the service to my engine would take several hours, and he advised me to bring it back and drop it off. I did that a few days later, and Sean called to let me know when it was ready. I returned to get my car, and the work was done satisfactorily. The service advisor, Sean Holmes, made me feel like a valued customer. And the cashier was friendly, too. Throughout my service, I received updates in the form of text messages.

First entry into Tim Lally, I was paired up with a highly knowledgeable sales professional, Joe Hurtuk. He immediately impressed me with his no-bull method of sales. It was straight facts, and he made efficient use of my entire buying experience. I was on a test drive within a few minutes, and he stuck with me thru the entire process. He was involved in the detailing process to help speed that up, and every minute I was waiting for finance answers, he did whatever he could to keep the process flowing. On top of that, he helped me 100% with an issue regarding a mistake made on my end, involving a huge discount I qualified for. Joe Hurtuk was the experienced, fun, energetic and motivated sales professional I was looking for in my buying experience.

I recently had my Chevy Traverse repaired at Tim Lally. They have done a great job repairing my vehicle. It’s like a brand new SUV now and I am satisfied with the service I received. What I liked the most about this dealership is their awesome customer service and friendliness. Miss Laura (Collision Manager) was always friendly over the phone and kept me updated about the status of my vehicle but when I met her in person to pick up my SUV, I found out she is an amazing person with a very friendly attitude. Overall I had a great experience with Tim Lally Chevrolet and I would definitely recommend this place for any service you need for your vehicle, for both excellent technical and customer service!

Let's start with Brenda in Finance. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of her job. Next my sales person Nolan. This young man was also was very professional, detailed and I felt like both of them had my best interest in hand. The Manager I believe his name was Henry...omg what a fun loving guy.
