“Friendly, kind, professional, helpful, genuine, honest, caring, knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful. These are the words I would use to describe the people I have worked with at this Citizens Bank branch. I usually do most of my banking online or occasionally with the ATM, but my mom passed away in 2021. I had to go inside of the bank multiple times to work with the staff to help handle business for her estate. I specifically remember working with Brad and Shaina most recently, but I worked with someone else as well. Everyone was very helpful, and was always able to come up with a solution for whatever I was dealing with. They always focused more on what they could do than what they couldn't do. I remember starting my account with Citizens (formerly Charter One) back in 2006 when I got back in town from college, simply because the branch was close to work and home, and for no other reason. When I work with the staff at this branch, however, I'm reminded time and time again that I made the right decision. Thanks again, everyone, for your kindness and professionalism.”

“G and his fiance ( I think haha ) did my Model 3 Chrome Delete and painted my badges. It turned out even better than I could have imagined the gloss he used matches perfectly with the secondary color of the car and I've gotten several comments on the red badges at superchargers since then. Unlike other chrome deletes I've seen they completely removed the chrome from the mirrors both folded or unfolded. I'll use them exclusively for any more future work. The tint is XPEL Black done separately through local XPEL shop”
