From finish to end she offers a warm experience, and is very detail oriented! She always remembers that I’m in the medical field wearing my hair up every day, so she does the color treatment that is most effective for showing it off! I’ve heard her teaching some of the newer staff/ giving them pointers and she really knows what she’s talking about and she explains it so they understand! I book my consultation with Akilah so she can assess my hair, we went over different loc types, the start up process, what to expect etc im telling you we covered it all! And from that moment there I than knew how knowledgeable, and passionate she was about locs.
