“This was a weird instance to give a five star rating because the computer"server" was down and it was taking very long time to finalize the "paperwork" and receive our car. The staff worked really hard to get things done and tried to keep the clients, if not happy, at least calm. The woman that took care of our car reservation (I have memory issues, so her name escapes me) even managed to help us upgrade our car to the coolest one at the wedding! Yep, the Budget staff at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport earned our gratitude that day!”

“My daughter was getting married in Chicago. I needed to get 27 family members including seniors (with a walker) and a person in a powered wheelchair from Akron to the hotel in Chicago and to and from the wedding then safely back to Akron. The bus was wonderful with a wheel chair lift, wifi, great sound and video system (we watched three movies each way). It was clean and very comfortable. The driver was a pro, always on time, very helpful during boarding and exiting. Plenty of room below for luggage. It made for a memorable, wonderful family weekend that will be talked about for years to come. Thank you Matt the driver and Barons Bus. I would do this once/year, even without a wedding.”

“Enterprise personal are always professional and courteous. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, which goes for all of the rental car companies, determines if they have a car for you that you originally booked. However, with that in mind, Enterprise personnel have consistently tried to accommodate me with a comparable vehicle or an upgrade. Unfortunately, most upgrades cost more and that is a choice that has to be made by you. Cleanliness of the vehicles varies by location and changes every time. Better prices seem to be consistent for vehicles at Enterprise compared to other companies. Models are not consistent, just had a King Ranch F150 in Tennessee, loaded, compared to a bare bones F150 in Southern California. Models and options should be consistent across the world, no bare bones vehicles.”
