Carol loved my information and was shocked That I was working on legislation to bring back the 1978 ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION bill to make it accountable, transparent, and verifiable. All of my proof was excellent for Carol. She listened and loved the new info exclaiming: "why doesn't anyone know about this. She took my 80 page scientific writing and documentation. Said she would help. Her advice has been incredible and continues to give input when I need it. When everyone is acting insane with masks, Carol is keeping calm and offering amazing input. “Stayed 1 Friday night a couple weeks ago and had a fantastic time! Lin & Jin were tremendous hosts. Friendly and hospitable. The place is beautiful and charming and our room was lovely and well furnished. It is right across from the water and very close to downtown Niagara Falls. And the breakfast was delicious and not your average offering. Our stay was short and last minute, but we will definitely return sometime for a longer stay! Highly recommended.”

“Update 10/9: The owner of the company reached out to me to cover the cost of my damaged items. I received a check for the replacement value for those items. He was very friendly and was trying to figure out what happened. They are working with a chemist to make sure it doesnt happen to other people. Original review: I wish I had a better experience. Last Thursday, 9/15, I had a deodorization and sanitization process completed at my home. I was promised that it would not hurt any of the items left in my house (after plants and food were removed). I asked multiple times if there was anything I needed to move, put away, or be aware of. Mark reassured me multiple times that it would not hurt the items left out. However, I had several fabric items that have been bleached by the process.”

“Segelin's recently did an absolutely beautiful job for our son's wedding! Less than 2 weeks before the wedding, the bride was notified flowers ordered could not be delivered. After checking florists in the Cleveland area, (I am from out of town), Segelin's was recommended to us. They were wonderful! Scott, the manager and designer created a unique and lovely bride's bouquet to include an antique ring once worn by the groom's great grandmother. He added special detail to bouquets and arrangements. The shop offers excellent customer service and any calls were responded to in a prompt manner.
