“Easy transaction no major complaint. As feedback, I've worked with other title companies who provided a more complete service (i.e. took care of utility transfer, etc). Additionally, the web site setup is cumbersome, not easy to find documents I was looking for easily. I never received an estimate of closing costs until closing.
