He appeared to be working alone, and there were quite a few people in line waiting to place an order. Through it all he got my meal to my wife and I in an impressive amount of time, despite being busy and everything was hot, fresh and delicious! This was my second time eating here, and both times the customer service has been outstanding! I fly alot and this will definitely be an establishment I will be visiting frequently!”

“I only give 5 stars when I love a place and I love Inca Tea Cafe in the CLE airport. The coffee is surely better than the green mermaid’s, very reasonably priced and they have delicious food options that, I think, are better than a majority of the big chain options. Also, the service was phenomenal.”
