Their support tech was fast, friendly and efficient. The tower arrived very quickly, as promised. Everything was perfect. I've used the tower for about 6 months now. I had a recent technical issue due to a defective Asus motherboard (or maybe it was user-related, I don't know) and Adamant took care of it in record time. One week turn-around. They fully honored the warranty on their product and they were more than happy to do so.
