“Our experience with the team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING could not have gone better!! The owners Chris and Mike helped us through every aspect during our house siding damage insurance claim. They came out immediately and made the damage safe for my family then we had multiple in person meetings with Chris to methodically plan out the work to make the repairs. Chris helped me and my wife understand the process of a large siding insurance job along with assisting us to pick the material and color schemes for our house. While the work was taking place the crew was always on time and Mike often made job site visits to ensure the progress and quality of work was up to his standards. We also decided to replace our windows during this construction and the team at ABSOLUTE did an expert job with the install of our new windows. Lastly, we upgraded the pillars on our front porch with the help of the custom design and carpentry team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING (see included pictures). “While playing my 14 year old guitar that has Sperzel locking tuners, the A string lost tension and could not be tightened. I contacted the company and spoke to Roger. He diagnosed the problem over the phone to be a worn out plastic button. I live close to the company and Roger invited me to bring my guitar in and he would make sure I had the correct button that would match the tuner casing. Not only was Roger correct about the problem, he remove the old buttons and replaced them with new chrome buttons which will never wear out. A great company that stands behind their product, their customer service is awesome.”
